We share your request details only with the matched Professionals (maximum three per request) so they can prepare and deliver quotes. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not distribute your request to more than three Professionals.
With your consent, PoolManFinder and matched Professionals may contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email privacy@poolmanfinder.com. Opting out does not affect quotes already delivered.
Pool photos are stored securely, used only to generate your quotes, and are not published publicly. You may request deletion at any time.
We retain request data for up to 24 months to operate the service and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it. We use TLS encryption in transit and access controls at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@poolmanfinder.com. State laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA) may grant additional rights; we honor all applicable requests.
The platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
